Shipping & Returns

We print our t-shirts to order so that we can maintain a unique mix of hand-printed products. Merchandise that is in stock will ship within one week of an order being placed. If an item in your order is not available, the backorder will be shipped immediately upon receipt. To determine when you will receive your order within the United States, factor in the following:

1. Add 7 days after you place your order to assume the ship date
2. Add another 7 business days to the ship date to estimate the arrival date

Payment
All prices are listed in American Dollars. Florida residents are required to pay a 6% sales tax. The following credit cards are accepted as payment on our website:

When paying with credit card, payment is handled by our payment partner PayPal, which ensures a safe payment. All data is encrypted before transmission. Soci@bleĀ® ensures that no personal information will be shared with third parties.

Shipping Costs
To help ensure your shipping cost is as accurate as possible, we base shipping costs on the product type and quantity. To best meet your needs, we offer different shipping options that range in price and delivery speed.

International Shipping
International Shipments will take 14-21 business days to arrive. The actual delivery date will vary depending on customs clearance for the respective country. Custom duties may apply, depending on the respective country's import policies.

Order Confirmation
After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with information about your order. Check your order confirmation for accuracy. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us immediately (customerservice@sociableapparel.com). Please save the order confirmation, as it contains information about your order and is your proof of purchase.

Cancellation
If you change your mind right after you place your order, please contact us immediately so that we can cancel the delivery. If your order has shipped, the same rules apply as described below.

Damaged Items
Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact customerservice@sociableapparel.com within three (3) business days of receipt and we will gladly send a replacement item or refund the order upon receipt of the damaged item.

Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Please call or email us within three (3) business days of receipt to receive directions for the return and/or exchange and send it to:
